Shipping

There is no minimum order value.Shipment is free for private customers inside Germany from a goods value of EUR 80;

All deliveries are insured. The shipment costs include insurance fees.

Shipment is done by Deutsche Post / DHL and the current cost is EUR 5.90.

We would be pleased to inform you of shipment costs to other countries by email, upon request.

Prices

The price at the time of making the offer to the Customer is authoritative for the invoicing. When the Vendor’s website is updated, all of the previous prices and information concerning the goods become invalid.

Payment:

Payment is made by PayPal or by prepayment by transfer into our bank account quoted by E-Mail.

Entry into contract

The offers made in the online shop are not binding. By sending the order form, the Customer makes a binding declaration to the Vendor that the Customer wishes to purchase the contents of the basket. The contract only comes into existence when the Vendor issues an order confirmation or dispatches the goods.

Our offers are subject to change without notice. They are subject to the condition of us having the product in stock or the product being available. In the event of us not being supplied properly or correctly, entry into contract takes place subject to the reservation of only partial performance or non-performance. In the event of non-availability or only partial availability, the Customer will be informed without undue delay. In such case, any payment which has already been made will be refunded without undue delay.

Information about revocation/return right

Right of revocation

You can revoke your contract declaration within two weeks, without giving any reasons, in text form (e.g. letter, fax or email). The two-week period commences upon receipt of this information at the earliest. The timely dispatch of the revocation (or of the item) is sufficient to comply with the revocation period. Consequences of revocation:

In the event of a valid revocation, the performance received by both parties is to be returned. If you are wholly or partially unable to return the performance received by you or only in a deteriorated condition, then you are obliged to compensate us for the value, if applicable. In the case of handing over items, this does not apply if the deterioration of the item is exclusively to be attributed to its inspection - such as would have been possible for you in a store, for example. Moreover, you can avoid the obligation to compensate us for the value by not using the item as an owner, and by refraining from doing anything which would detrimentally affect the item’s value.

Please affix sufficient stamps to the parcel or package, in order to avoid excess postage being due. In the case of returning goods from a goods delivery whose total order value does not exceed EUR 40, you must bear the costs of returning them if the goods delivered to you correspond to those ordered. Otherwise, returning the goods is free of cost for you and the costs of returning the goods will be refunded to you. No cash-on-delivery returns will be accepted.

The following cannot be returned:

Goods which have been produced in accordance with the Customer’s specifications or are clearly tailored to the Customer’s personal requirements or which due to their nature are not suitable for return (knitting pattern via download).

Warranty

The warranty is given in accordance with the statutory provisions, whereby we firstly make subsequent delivery or subsequent improvement, according to your choice, in the event that an item is defective. If the subsequent improvement is unsuccessful or if the goods subsequently supplied are also flawed, then you can return the goods to us in exchange for refund of the full purchase price, or keep the goods and reduce the purchase price.
