Eri Silk is a very beautiful and unusual wild silk it is also named Peace Silk or Ahisma because the worm is allowed to hatch from the cocoon. It comes from India.

It's a creamy white silk it is prepared in top form, it is ready to spin. Worsted spinning with a very high twist produce a beautiful, lustrous yarn. It can also be added to wool batts, or blended with cashmere, wool and cotton.
